Every Hobart Mint order is dispatched from our vault with tracking and signature-on-delivery. Optional insured shipping is available at checkout.
Orders are prepared for dispatch once payment has cleared in full. Many products are made to order, and orders are generally processed in the sequence received. Bank transfers typically clear within 1–2 business days; card payments are usually available for dispatch the next business day. Timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to demand and manufacturing requirements. If shipping is selected, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details. Optional insured shipping is available at checkout for 1% of the total order value.
Delivery options include Australia Post Parcel Post for orders up to $500, premium courier, international courier and armoured courier for higher-value shipments. A signature is required on delivery. Optional insured shipping is available at checkout for 1% of the total order value.
Insured shipping is available at checkout for a fee of 1% of the total order value, covering your shipment from our vault to signed delivery.
We deliver to street addresses and PO Boxes. A signature is required on delivery or collection. Please ensure someone will be available to receive and sign for your parcel.
International shipping is available. Australian GST does not apply to international orders, but any local duties, taxes or import fees charged in the destination country are the customer's responsibility. Optional insured shipping is available at checkout for 1% of the total order value.
In the unlikely event of a lost or damaged parcel, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will lodge a claim with the carrier and, if insured shipping was purchased at checkout, the insurer, and keep you informed throughout the process.
Orders may be collected from our Hobart premises. Photo ID matching the order name is required at collection.
