Our building at 81 Elizabeth Street, Hobart, was commissioned by the Commonwealth Bank of Australia and later formed part of Reserve Bank of Australia operations in Tasmania.
At its heart sits an original Chubb vault — heavy, hand-fitted steel built to bank-grade standards of the era — which we have restored and recommissioned for the storage of precious metals.
It is the same vault. The same door. New custodians.
