Cast Bullion vs Minted Bullion

Accepted Answer

Cast bullion is created by casting molten precious metal in moulds, left to solidify, polished and embossed. It may have natural imperfections as a result of the casting process, making each bar unique. Minted bullion is created by striking round and rectangle blanks (or other shapes) of precious metal between engraved dies, on all surfaces of the metal. This creates a uniformly finished product.

Question 19

Are your products investment-grade?

Accepted Answer

Yes — our bullion range is produced in an investment and tradeable form as defined by the ATO for GST purposes.
